LyricFlow is an AI-powered music creation assistant designed to help you brainstorm, write, and manage your musical ideas, from single songs to entire concept albums.

Creating an Album Manually

The "Create Album" page allows you to build an album from scratch, piece by piece.

  1. Album Details: Start by giving your album a title and an optional concept/synopsis.
  2. Album Artwork: Upload your own cover art or use the "Generate" button to create one based on your concept.
  3. Add Tracks: Click "Add Song" to create a new track entry.
  4. Track Details: For each track, you can add a title, synopsis, and its own artwork.
  5. Flesh out Songs: Click the "Create Full Song" button () on any track to go to the song editor page where you can write lyrics, generate descriptions, and more.
  6. Save Your Album: Once you're done, click "Create Album" or "Save Changes" to save it to your library.

Creating a Concept Album with AI

The "AI Concept Album" page is your command center for large, AI-driven projects.

  1. Define Your Concept: Start with a core idea. What is your album about?
  2. Generate a Story: Click the "Generate & Edit Story" button to have AI expand your concept into a narrative. You can then edit or refine this story.
  3. Generate Tracklist: Once you have a story, click "Generate Tracklist". The AI will create a list of songs based on the narrative.
  4. Generate Artwork: You can generate a main album cover and unique artwork for each individual song using the buttons provided.
  5. Save to Library: Once you're happy with your album structure, save it to your library to begin working on individual songs.

Creating a Standalone Song

The "Create Song" page is for both standalone songs and for fleshing out songs from your saved albums.

  1. Go to the "Create Song" page from the main navigation.
  2. Start with Audio (Optional): You can upload an MP3 to automatically fill in details like title, lyrics, and artwork from its tags.
  3. Add Lyrics & Art: Paste in your lyrics and upload or generate your song's artwork.
  4. AI-Powered Details: Use the "Generate" buttons to create a synopsis, description, and music tags based on your lyrics.
  5. Save the Song: Save the completed song to your library.

Managing Your Library

The "Library" is where all your saved albums and standalone songs are stored.

  • Search & Filter: Use the search bar to find items by title or synopsis. Switch between "Albums" and "Songs" views.
  • Play Music: Select songs with uploaded audio using the checkboxes and click "Play" to listen.
  • Move Songs: Move a standalone song into an album using the song's action menu.
  • Edit & Delete: Use the various buttons and menus to edit or delete songs and albums.
  • Backup & Restore: Use the "Data Management" section to export your entire library to a file for backup, or import it on another device.
